Senior Assistant Manager, Human Resource
Reporting to the Deputy Director, the incumbent is responsible for Employee Relations and Industrial Relations. The incumbent manages the organisation's employee relations activities including disciplinary matters and investigations. The incumbent will collaborate and partner the union to enhance labour relations with an aim to foster positive work environment.
