Manage recruitment activities, screen candidates, coordinate interviews, prepare offers, and ensure smooth onboarding for new hires. Support manpower planning and maintain compliance with Singapore hiring regulations and company policies.

Payroll & Benefits Coordination
Coordinate monthly payroll processing, leave administration, CPF submissions, bonuses, insurance, and employee benefits. Ensure salary accuracy, timely payments, and compliance with Singapore employment and tax regulations.
Performance Appraisal Management
Manage employee performance review processes, KPI tracking, goal setting, and appraisal cycles. Support managers in performance discussions, promotions, succession planning, and employee development initiatives.
HR Policy Development
Create, update, and implement HR policies and employee handbooks aligned with company objectives and Singapore employment laws. Ensure employees understand workplace policies, procedures, and code of conduct.
Training & Development
Identify training needs, organize learning programs, and support employee skill development. Coordinate workshops, leadership training, onboarding sessions, and career development initiatives to improve workforce capabilities.
MOM Compliance & Workplace Regulations
Ensure compliance with Singapore MOM regulations, Employment Act requirements, CPF contributions, leave entitlements, and workplace policies. Maintain proper employee records and support audit or compliance checks.
Managing HR Systems & Reporting
Maintain HR databases, employee records, and HRIS systems. Prepare HR reports on recruitment, turnover, attendance, and manpower trends while ensuring confidentiality and accuracy of employee information.
