. Manage end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management,

. employee relations, compensation, talent development, and offboarding

. Act as a strategic HR partner to business units, providing guidance on manpower planning, budgeting, and

. employee-related matters

. Review and enhance HR policies and procedures to align with evolving regulations and industry best

. practices

. Design and execute employee engagement initiatives to promote a collaborative and inclusive workplace

. culture

. Oversee learning and development needs analysis, training budget administration, and course

. coordination

. Maintain HRIS and ensure accurate reporting and documentation analyse data to support insights-driven

. decision-making

. Support general office administration, including workspace planning, travel arrangements, procurement,

. and other operational support functions.
