Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the organization's goals.
  • Lead talent acquisition strategies to attract and retain top talent.
  • Oversee workforce planning, employee engagement, and retention initiatives.
  • Create and manage HR budgets and ensure effective resource allocation.
  • Design and implement compensation and benefits programs that are competitive and aligned with business objectives.
  • Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives across the organization.
  • Ensure legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable human resource federal and state requirements, conducting investigations, and maintaining records.
  • Lead learning and development initiatives to support professional growth.
  • Provide guidance and support to managers on employee relations, performance management, and organizational change.
  • Manage HR technology and ensure accurate data for reporting and analytics.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree or MBA preferred).
  • 10+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, with at least 3 years in a senior/executive HR role.
  • Strong knowledge of employment law, compensation, organizational planning, employee relations, and training and development.
  • Proven ability to align HR initiatives with business objectives.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Professional certification such as SHRM-SCP, SPHR, or equivalent is preferred.
