Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the organization's goals.
Lead talent acquisition strategies to attract and retain top talent.
Oversee workforce planning, employee engagement, and retention initiatives.
Create and manage HR budgets and ensure effective resource allocation.
Design and implement compensation and benefits programs that are competitive and aligned with business objectives.
Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives across the organization.
Ensure legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable human resource federal and state requirements, conducting investigations, and maintaining records.
Lead learning and development initiatives to support professional growth.
Provide guidance and support to managers on employee relations, performance management, and organizational change.
Manage HR technology and ensure accurate data for reporting and analytics.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree or MBA preferred).
10+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, with at least 3 years in a senior/executive HR role.
Strong knowledge of employment law, compensation, organizational planning, employee relations, and training and development.
Proven ability to align HR initiatives with business objectives.
Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
Professional certification such as SHRM-SCP, SPHR, or equivalent is preferred.
