Senior Architectural Coordinator

About the role

We are seeking a talented Senior Architectural Coordinator to join our growing team. In this full-time role, you will play a pivotal part in the successful delivery of our construction projects in Singapore. Leveraging your expertise in architecture and project coordination, you will ensure the seamless integration of design elements and the efficient execution of construction plans.

What you'll be doing

1. Coordinate and liaise with architects, engineers, and construction teams to align design intent with construction feasibility.

2. Review and interpret architectural drawings, specifications, and models to identify potential issues or discrepancies.

3. Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between design and construction stakeholders.

4. Provide technical support and guidance to the construction team, ensuring adherence to design standards and building regulations.

5. Participate in site visits and inspections to monitor progress and quality.

6. Maintain meticulous records and documentation to support project management and delivery.

7. Contribute to the continuous improvement of our architectural coordination processes and best practices.

What we're looking for

1. Degree in Architecture or a related field.

2. Minimum 3 years of experience in an architectural coordination or project management role.

3. Excellent understanding of architectural design principles, building codes, and construction practices.

4. Proficient in reading and interpreting architectural drawings, specifications, and 3D models.

5. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to navigate complex technical challenges.

6. Effective communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across multidisciplinary teams.

7. Familiarity with project management software and tools, such as BIM and CAD applications.
