. Performing the application restarts like Microservices and Forgerock products during the activities and Incidents.

. Debugging the logs for user identity/Access/Tokens related issues and providing the RCA.

. Supporting for Infra activities like OS, Jboss Patching's and NVA fixes.

. Involved in Application Major Version upgrades activities and Migration activities.

. Performing the Application END to END Health Checks and updating in Daily Stand-up meetings.

. Raising the tickets with Vendor Support and Follow up for the updates.

. Providing the Supporting logs to Vendor with User Information Masking.

. Preforming the Services Restarts which deployed in PCF Cloud environment and Verifying the logs.

. Managing and monitoring containerized applications and microservices on OCP platform.

. Maintaining and troubleshot OpenShift clusters (e.g., upgrades, patching, scaling nodes).
