Job Responsible
- Lead, train, and manage a team of technical professionals (project and system engineers) to provide Project Management, System commissioning, technical support, and Pre-sales to satisfy customer's requirement and achieve company's objective.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to team members, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
- Effectively allocate tasks and responsibilities among team members based on their skills and expertise.
- Establish clear communication channels within the team. Ensure that team members are kept informed about project updates, organization changes, and any other relevant information.
- Conduct performance evaluations, set goals and provide feedback to team member to enhance their performance and career development

- To evaluate new products/system to assess its suitability to be included in the new product and service packages for promotion to customers.
- To monitor performance of Sub-contractors to meet customers expectations with enforcement of Sub-contractor Control Procedure stipulated in ISO9002 procedure.
Job Requirememt
- Degree in Engineering (Preferably Electronics) or equivalent.
- At least 5-8 years of relevant working experience in Security Industry
- Leadership experience in managing a group of engineers.
- Possess excellent planning and organization, interpersonal and communication, and problem solving skills
- Excellent project management skills (Able to handle multi project at the same time)
