Application Support Engineer

Key Deliverables:

• Provide Level 2 application support and resolve escalated incidents
• Troubleshoot Oracle database issues and optimize SQL queries
• Administer UNIX/Linux applications and automate tasks via shell scripting
• Configure and monitor AWS cloud services for application hosting

Role Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Level 1 support and development teams for issue resolution
• Implement ITSM processes for incident, problem, and change management
• Document support processes and train Level 1 teams
• Participate in on-call rotation and support urgent requests
