Science Store Assistant for School (Bishan) ATS

Contract Period: From 2 Jan 2026 to 31 December 2026 (With option to extend for 1 year)

Personnel to be deployed at either of the following shifts:

. Mondays to Fridays: 7:30am to 1:30pm, inclusive of half an hr lunch break

. Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays

The Services required are set out as follows:

. Maintain cleanliness and daily upkeep of science rooms.

. Inspect learning resources for quality and damages.

. Label, sort and store resources by type and level for easier access.

. Maintain stock records and carry out physical stock counts.

. Monitor stock levels and spoilages twice annually.

. Provide logistical support to teachers by packing items requested daily and for practical assessments and major learning events.

. To provide support to science teachers and HOD for any other ad hoc task assigned and related matters.

The Personnel should preferably have the following qualifications, skills and experience:

. Independent and confident

. Preferably completed Sec 4 education

. Relevant work experience

. Preferably 2 years of work experience in a primary school science laboratory

. Team player who is organised, meticulous and able to multi-task

. Good communication and inter-personal skills

. Proficient in MS office

. Strictly for Singaporeans/Singapore PRs only
