School Science Store Assistant (Part time)

Location: Brigh Hill Drive

Contract Period: Jan 2026 to Dec 2026 (with option to extend)

Personnel Deployment Hours:

• Mondays to Friday: 7.30am to 1.30pm (including 0.5hr break)
• Service required on Saturdays, Sundays, and gazetted public holidays.

The Services required are set out as follows:

1. Maintain cleanliness and daily upkeep of science rooms.

2. Inspect learning resources for quality and damages.

3. Label and sort resources.

4. Monitor stock levels and spoilages twice annually.

5. Provide logistical support to teachers by packing items requested daily and for practical assessments.

6. To provide support to science teachers and HOD for any other ad hoc task.

Requirements:

1. With minimum GCE O Level or N Level certificate or its equivalent.
2. With relevant 2 years of experiences.
3. WIth Good Communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Proficient in Microsoft office (word & excel)
