This role is responsible for driving brand growth, increasing sales revenue, and strengthening FLIN LEE's market presence through strategic marketing initiatives, digital campaigns, and sales performance management. This role combines brand storytelling, retail and e-commerce sales strategy, and social media-led customer engagement.
Specific Responsibilities
1. Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets across online and offline channels.
2. Manage and analyze sales performance, customer data, and market trends.
3. Identify new sales opportunities, partnerships, and distribution channels.
4. Coordinate with retail partners, stockists, and pop-up/event sales initiatives. 5. Plan and implement integrated marketing campaigns aligned with brand identity.
6. Oversee social media marketing (especially Instagram and facebook), content planning, and campaign execution.
7. Manage paid advertising campaigns (Meta/Instagram ads, Google ad,etc. )
8. Optimize customer journey, promotions, and product launches.
9. Collaborate with designers and creatives to ensure consistent brand storytelling
10. Manage influencer, KOL(key opinion leader), and brand collaborations to boost visibility and engagement. 11. Lead and coordinate with marketing executives, interns, or external agencies.
12. Work closely with product, design, and operations teams.
13. Prepare reports, forecasts, and marketing performance summaries for management.
