Sales and Marketing Manager

Job Responsibilities:

• Define and implement Asia sales strategies aligned with company objectives and market trends.
• Set sales targets, forecast revenues, and track performance against goals.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the customer base.
• Collaborate with customers to identify business opportunities, provide technical support, and address concerns.
• Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities.

• Provide insights and recommendations to optimize sales processes, improve efficiency, and drive revenue growth.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and distributors.

Job Requirements:

• Degree in business administration, engineering, or a related field.
• Extensive experience (at least 5 years) in sales and business development within the semiconductor industry.
• Deep understanding of the semiconductor industry, including its products, technologies, and market trends.
• Knowledge of the competitive landscape and key players in the semiconductor market.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal stakeholders and customers.
