Roles & Responsibilities
Job Description:
Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies for mechanical engineering solutions.
Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to achieve business objectives.
Provide technically-informed consultation to clients on mechanical systems, industrial equipment, and engineered solutions.
Identify and develop new business opportunities while maintaining strong client relationships.
Prepare and review technical proposals, quotations, and presentations with accurate engineering specifications.
Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and gather client feedback to refine business strategies.
Collaborate closely with engineering and project teams to ensure solutions meet technical and industry requirements.
Monitor sales performance, track KPIs, and report to senior management.
Ensure excellent after-sales support and client satisfaction.
Requirements:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
Minimum 5 years experience in sales, marketing, or business development for mechanical engineering solutions.
Strong technical knowledge of mechanical systems, machinery, industrial equipment, and engineered solutions.
Proven ability to provide technical consultation and solutions to clients.
Track record in leading sales teams and achieving business targets.
Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Strategic, proactive, and results-oriented mindset.
Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.
Willingness to travel to client sites as required.
