Sales & Marketing Manager

Ergoworks Singapore is seeking a results-driven Sales & Marketing Manager to take ownership of the company's sales and marketing strategy across retail, e-commerce, and B2B channels. This role requires a strategic thinker who can also execute with precision, ensuring revenue growth, market relevance, and brand elevation.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Leadership & Channel Management
- Lead and oversee all sales activities across retail, e-commerce, and B2B commercial project channels.
- Collaborate closely with the Retail Sales Manager, E-commerce Lead, and B2B Project Sales Team to define channel strategies, KPIs, and growth plans.
- Identify new market opportunities, strategic partnerships, and business expansion initiatives.
- Monitor sales performance, track KPIs, and implement corrective actions to ensure revenue targets are met or exceeded.
- Coach and mentor channel teams to enhance productivity, customer engagement, and conversion rates.
Marketing Strategy & Execution
- Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies that align with company objectives and omnichannel sales goals.
- Work closely with internal marketing teams and external vendors to execute impactful digital marketing campaigns across social media, paid media, email marketing, and other relevant platforms.
- Analyse marketing campaign performance to optimize ROI and brand visibility.
- Ensure consistent brand messaging and positioning across all customer touchpoints.
Product Development & Market Alignment
- Collaborate with product development teams to ensure new products meet market trends, customer preferences, and brand standards.
- Provide actionable market insights to inform product design, pricing strategies, and launch plans.
- Conduct competitor analysis and consumer research to guide product innovation and sales positioning.
Strategic Planning & Reporting
- Provide regular reports and insights to senior management on sales performance, marketing effectiveness, and market trends.
- Develop actionable strategies to improve sales efficiency, reduce costs, and maximize ROI.
- Contribute to long-term business planning, ensuring that sales and marketing initiatives align with Ergoworks growth trajectory.
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Management, Digital Marketing or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales and marketing management, ideally within consumer goods, home or office furniture, or related industries.
- Proven expertise in omnichannel sales, digital marketing, B2B commercial projects, and integrated marketing strategies.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to drive results and mentor teams.
- Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, project management, and communication skills.
- Knowledge of market research, trend analysis, and product development processes.
