Job Summary:
We are looking for talented individual to join our AZ Sales team, to help expand our clientele base in Singapore! The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in sales, excellent communication skills, and a strong customer-focused approach.

Key Responsibilities:
Sales and Business Development:
. Identify potential clients and market segments to target. Generate and qualify leads through research, networking, and outreach efforts.
. Present and promote our products/services to prospective clients.
. Conduct sales pitch and product demonstrations in our in-house showroom.
. Assist in marketing efforts to strengthen our online presence aimed at attracting and generating new leads.
. This is a client-facing role where you'll be meeting with diverse Retail and F&B clients across the island. You'll need to be comfortable and enjoy being on the move.
Client Relationship Management
. You will be our main point of contact for these F&B & Retail clients, handling enquiries and resolving concerns promptly and professionally.
. Provide exceptional after-sales support, ensuring a smooth and positive customer experience throughout their journey with us.
Team Collaboration:
. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including software and IT support engineers, to drive sales initiatives and improve product offerings.
. Share insights from clients to help refine solutions and improve customer experience.
Qualifications:
. Good attitude and willingness to learn
. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
. Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
. Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
. Proven track record in sales with a minimum 2 years of experience and/or some digital marketing abilities would be advantageous.
