In Singapore, we specialise in Supply & Install of lightings in turnkey projects.
The role and responsibilities include, but not limited to
1) Sales & Business Development
- Promote the company's products and services to generate new business opportunities.
- Develop and service existing customer accounts, including follow-up on enquiries.
- Prepare sales quotations, proposals, and technical specifications.
- Conduct product presentations and support clients with product-related queries.
- Work closely with consultants, architects, and interior designers on lighting specifications.
2) Project & After-Sales Coordination
- Manage and monitor project progress to ensure timely completion.
- Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams.
- Provide regular project updates to management.
- Attend to after-sales support, troubleshooting, and DLP matters when required.
3) Marketing & Brand Management
- Plan and execute marketing programmes to generate leads and build brand awareness.
- Manage digital marketing activities (SEO, SEM, social media, email, display, e-commerce).
- Conduct market research on trends, competitors, and consumer behaviour.
- Track and report on marketing campaign performance (ROI/KPI).
- Manage company-owned media such as website, catalogues, brochures, newsletters, and social platforms.
4) Content & Media Creation
- Produce and edit marketing content, including copy writing for brochures, press releases, and digital materials.
- Maintain customer databases and marketing collateral.
5) Any other ad hoc duties assigned
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Marketing,Business, or related fields.
- 5 years of relevant experience in sales or marketing preferred.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in digital marketing platforms and MS Office.
- Product training will be provided
