Sales and Marketing Executive

Reporting to Sales Director, this role is responsible for developing and maintaining customer relationships, driving sales and meeting sales and profit targets.

Responsibilities

. Build and maintain existing customer relationships & achieve sales targets

. Identify new sales opportunities for company's products and services

. Develop and manage sales budget, forecasts and establish pricing strategies

. Coordinate production with factory & ensure product availability

. Working with Warehouse to ensure timely delivery

. Provide after-sales support such as following up on customers feedback, managing after-sales issues

. Attend or participate in exhibitions & trade shows to promote companies products and services

Requirements

. Bachelor degree or Diploma in Business & Marketing or Civil, Mechanical or Material Science

. At least 2 years of sales and marketing experience, preferably in building / construction sector

. Self-motivated, independent and resourceful

. Effective team player with good communication and negotiation skills

. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

. Willing to travel frequently for customer visits and business meetings
