Job Responsibilities:
Plan sales activities and find ways to grow the customer base.
Take care of existing customers and look for new clients.
Build good relationships by understanding customer needs and solving their problems.
Prepare and present proposals, including pricing and contract terms.
Join tenders and submit the required documents on time.
Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
Keep track of market trends and look for new business opportunities.
Follow up on overdue payments when needed.
Prepare monthly sales and performance reports.
Follow company policies and guidelines.
Job Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
Experience in sales, contract handling, or customer service roles.
Good communication and negotiation skills.
Able to use Microsoft Office and prepare basic reports.
Can work independently and also as part of a team.
Careful, organized, and attentive to details.
