Job Description:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies targeting estate agents, property managers, and building management personnel (e.g., condominiums, hotels, and commercial complexes).
- Identify and engage key decision-makers such as management managers and officers-in-charge.
- Follow up on leads and secure client appointments to promote company services.
- Prepare and submit sales quotations in accordance with organizational guidelines.
- Negotiate pricing with clients to confirm and secure job orders.
- Promote additional testing services to maximize business opportunities.
- Establish and maintain strong client relationships to drive sales growth.
- Coordinate and schedule site visits to engage potential clients.
- Work closely with technical and operations teams to provide accurate information and solutions to customers.
- Offer one-stop solutions for related and non-related testing services where applicable.
- Assist in debt collection efforts at times when required.
- Sales Target Orientated.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma in Building, Civil Engineering, or a related field with at least 3 years of sales experience, preferably in the construction industry.
- Strong understanding of building and civil engineering concepts, including relevant testing services.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent negotiation and persuasive skills with a positive mindset.
- Ability to work independently while adhering to company policies and guidelines.
- Own transportation is preferred.
- Bilingual proficiency is an advantage to communicate effectively with diverse clients.
