Sales Executive

Sales Executive:

• Identify and develop new business within the assigned territory (General Trade/ on-line/HORECA segment) consistent with the company's growth strategy.
• Introduce new products and value proposition to address to customer's business needs to help improve profitability.
• Plan and execute trade promotions and marketing activities.
• Track sales movement to ensure timely stock replenishment.
• Manage and maintain good relationships with key stakeholders to ensure excellent order fulfilment and resolve any issues promptly.
• Monitor and analyse sales off-take data and stocks inventory to ensure accurate forecast and optimal outcome.

The Person:

A hands-on and seasoned sales professional, you should possess a diploma/degree or equivalent with good track record of at least 2 to 3 years of sales experience preferably in the fast-moving consumer goods industry (FMCG). You should be independent, result-driven and be able to perform well under pressure in a fast-paced environment. You should have excellent communications and presentation skills, good negotiations and customer relationship management skill.
