We are seeking a motivated and dynamic individual to join us as a
Sales & Marketing Executive to support our business growth.
- Prospecting and generating new leads to expand the customer base
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers
- Providing excellent customer service and addressing any queries or concerns
- Identifying cross-selling and up-selling opportunities to increase revenue
- Achieving and exceeding monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Collaborating with the marketing team to support promotional activities and marketing initiatives
- Reporting on sales performance and providing insights to the management team on existing market trends
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in a sales or customer-facing role, in FMCG industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers
- Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- A team player with a positive and driven attitude
