- Position Title: Sales Executive
- Working Location: Senoko
- Working Hours: 5.5 days (Mon Fri, 9am 6pm, Sat 9am 1pm)
- Salary Package: Up to $3,700 + Performance Bonus
- Duration: Permanent
Key Responsibilities
- Market and sell products and services to local, B2C, and international clients.
- Handle all aspects of international shipping, including documentation and packaging.
- Foster and maintain relationships with both new and existing clients.
- Address customer feedback and manage complaints efficiently.
- Keep accurate records of sales leads, activities, order histories, and pricing.
- Prepare monthly sales forecasts for purchasing department.
- Compile and submit sales reports to management.
- Support sales team by coordinating appointments, handling urgent communications, and managing sales-related inquiries in their absence.
- Process orders received via phone, email, SMS, or mail, ensuring accuracy in pricing, discounts, and minimum order quantities.
- Ensure timely and accurate order entry into the companys system, meeting customer specifications and delivery schedules.
- Perform additional tasks as required.

- At least 1 year of Sales experience preferred.
- Fluency in Japanese for communication with Japanese counterparts.
- Comfortable with touching all types of meat products.
