As a Business & Growth Development Executive, you will drive sales opportunities, secure partnerships, and support the bakery's growth strategy. You'll play a key role in connecting One18 Bakery with businesses, events, and new markets while also supporting campaigns that bring more customers into our outlets.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and secure new business opportunities (corporate orders, catering, events, partnerships).
Develop and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business.
Work closely with the marketing team on campaigns that increase retail and online sales.
Research and propose growth strategies (franchise, collaborations, live stations, pop-ups).
Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations for clients and partners.
Track sales performance and provide regular reports to management.
Requirements
Proven experience in Business Development, Sales, or Growth (preferably in F&B, retail, or events).
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Independent, results-driven, and proactive.
Passion for food and lifestyle brands is a big plus.
Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
