About the role
We are seeking a driven and ambitious Business Development Executive to join our team at Broadway F&B Management Pte Ltd, a leading food and beverage management company. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and driving growth for our diverse portfolio of F&B brands.
What you'll be doing
- Identifying and prospecting for new business leads through active networking, cold calling, and responding to RFPs
- Cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with potential clients in the F&B industry
- Developing effective solutions or recommendations to management and Reviews periodically, ie monthly, yearly sales/product mix, expenditure and profitability.
- Collaborating cross-functionally with our operations, marketing, and finance teams to ensure successful onboarding and delivery of services
- Monitoring industry trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities
- Accurately tracking and reporting on sales metrics and pipeline progress. Budgeting, financial reporting, and analysing sales data to drive profitability.
What we're looking for
- At least 1-2 years of proven experience in a new business development or sales role, preferably within the F&B industry
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively pitch our services to senior-level decision-makers
- Proactive, resilient, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Proficient in using SAP system, MS Office and Power Point
- A team player who is collaborative and eager to contribute to the company's growth
