Expand existing and seek new customer base to drive and achieve sales targets of Drive & Automation products in South East Asia region and Bangladesh.
Implement sales plans to increase market share following market penetration strategies
Actively interact and engage with customers to understand their needs, provide technical recommendation and proposals to improve business opportunities
Prepare tender bid, issue quotations, follow up tender awards closely till sales closure
Work with customer service and operations to ensure delivering on time meeting customer expectations and satisfactions
Gather market information on customers activities, update sales progress and report to Sales Manager
Participate in marketing activities like seminar and exhibition
Must be ready to travel overseas on business needs
Job Requirements:-
Degree/Diploma in Electrical Engineering or related technical discipline
At least 3 years related sales experience in the similar industry
Candidates with technical knowledge of Low Voltage Variable Speed Drives are preferred
Keep abreast of the industrial market trends
Highly motivated, dynamic, self-driven and a team player
Strong customer focus and results-oriented
Resourceful with ability to work with people of multi-cultural and cross function teams
Good presentation & negotiation skills
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Must be ready to travel overseas for business trips
