We are looking for a Sales Engineer to join our team, reporting directly to the Sales Director.
Key Roles and Responsibilities
Proactively identify and develop new business through strategic prospecting, lead generation, and professional networking activities
Foster and enhance long-term relationships with new and existing clients by delivering outstanding, solution-focused customer service, technical sales support, including solution presentations and demonstrations.
Collaborate with the marketing team and participate in industry trade shows, conferences, and other marketing events to broaden your professional network and generate qualified sales leads.
Work closely with the solutions team to customize effective solutions that meet customer expectations and requirements while adhering to company standards
Prepare and deliver quotations, proposals, and contract negotiations.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, suppliers, and partners.
Conduct market research to identify trends and competitive positioning.
Achieve sales targets and contribute to the company's revenue growth
Qualifications & Experience
Diploma/Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Automation, or related fields).
1-3 years of experience in sales, business development, or technical sales in AGV, robotics, or warehouse automation
Preferred Skills & Characteristics
Strong communication, presentation, problem-solving and analytical skills are essential
Good understanding of automated logistics solutions, material handling, and industrial automation.
Self-starter and ability to self-manage strong interpersonal and leadership skills
Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills.
Hands-on and adaptable approach.
Familiarity with AutoCAD and Microsoft Office is required
