Duties & Responsibilities:
Develop, manage, and grow new and existing accounts within assigned territories/industries.
Understand customer technical requirements and propose suitable products/solutions.
Prepare quotations, technical proposals, and commercial offers.
Conduct product presentations, demos, and training for customers.
Coordinate with the Engineering, Manufacturing, and Service teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
Manage the full sales cycle - lead generation, prospecting, negotiation, closing, and after-sales follow-up.
Prepare sales forecasts, market analysis, competitor tracking, and weekly/monthly reports.
Represent the company at exhibitions, seminars, and customer visits.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and warranty issues professionally.
Maintain internal records and ensure proper documentation.
Job Specifications:
Diploma or Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, or related field preferred).
Minimum 5 years of sales experience in industrial/technical products.
Experience in semiconductor, reliability testing, automation, environmental chambers, or laboratory equipment is a plus.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
Ability to travel locally/regionally when required.
Team player with positive working attitude.
