Reporting to the Sales Manager/Sales Director, you will be responsible for securing sales of security products & systems and achieving desired sales coverage, market penetration and sales goals.
Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee accounts of strategic importance and ensure achievement of monthly sales targets.
- Manage and coordinate all sales & marketing activities with consultants, contractors, developers, architects.
- Work closely with customers to ensure designed systems meet their expectations and comply with tender specifications.
- Prepare and follow up on tenders and quotations.
- Provide market and competition update and report key competitive activities and customer behavior.
- Build and maintain good customer relationship for revenue growth and customer retention.
- Maintain an awareness of new development in the industry.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Engineering or its equivalent.
- With 3 to 5 years relevant experience in product and system sales in electronics security.
- Preferably with project sales experience is an added advantage.
- Solid existing sales portfolio and proven track record in sales growth.
- Strong customer focus, team player, independent and result-orientated.
- Excellent presentation, communication and negotiation skills with the ability to communicate effectively across all levels.
- Energetic and high level of work commitment with a positive mindset.
- Demonstrate abilities to work in a fast-paced environment and able to work in cross functional teams.
