Responsibilities:
Attend a 3 to 6-month paid training program at the regional head office to master product knowledge and applications.
Provide technical consultation to solve customer applications by selecting and promoting the most suitable products.
Proactively secure new customers and drive market share growth within the assigned sales territory.
Travel to customer locations approximately three days per week to sell into various manufacturing industries.
Contribute to territory strategy, implement new product launches, and coordinate seminars or trade shows.
Respond promptly and efficiently to all customer requests and inquiries.
Manage day-to-day activities autonomously with minimal supervisory direction.
Requirements:
Preferably a Degree in Business or an Engineering-related field.
Interest and aptitude for mastering highly technical products and working in manufacturing environments.
Excellent presentation, oral and written communication skills.
Goal-oriented, extremely hardworking, and driven to make a measurable contribution to the company's success.
Proactive in reacting to customer needs and a strong desire for self-improvement through intensive training and mentorship.
Holds a valid Class 3 driving licence and is willing to travel extensively, including potential overnight trips.
