Sales Support Executive
Responsibilities
- Manage sales support activities including contracts, relocations, service requests, and promotional materials.
- Serve as the main contact for small and medium-sized accounts, handling queries and coordinating with internal teams.
- Handle incoming calls, correspondence, and confidential documents with professionalism and discretion.
- Prepare internal memos for trade deals, discounts, and promotional launches.
- Ensure compliance with company policies while supporting daily operations.
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements
Must-Have:
- Minimum GCE O Levels (GCE N Levels may be considered).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- High initiative, meticulous, and detail-oriented.
- Able to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Professional and discreet in handling confidential matters.
Good-to-Have:
- Knowledge of SAP system.
- Prior customer service or sales support experience.
