Job Overview

We are seeking a proactive Sales Coordinator to support our sales and business development activities in Singapore and overseas. This role acts as a key liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring timely delivery of proposals, quotations, and tender submissions. The ideal candidate should be organised, have excellent communication skills, and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

- Collaborate closely with clients, architects, contractors, and developers to understand project requirements and ensure accurate communication of requirements to internal teams

- Review incoming enquiries, architectural or construction drawings to extract relevant information for quotations or proposals.

- Coordinate internal resources and track deliverables using project management tools

- Facilitate communication between the client, sales, QS and technical teams

- Coordinate site visits, design meetings, and tender submissions

- Represent the company in client meetings, marketing presentations, exhibitions, and industry events as required

- Support lead generation through tender portals, cold outreach, and market research.

- Support sales efforts by assisting in follow-ups, preparing design visuals, documentation and presentation materials

- Maintain and regularly update the CRM and project tracking systems with accurate client, project, and sales data

- Liaise with educational institutions for partnerships and internships.

- Develop dashboard templates for reporting sales KPIs or project timelines.

Qualifications

- Diploma or Degree in Business, Architecture, Engineering or a related field.

- Experience in a coordination or client-facing role, preferably in construction or project-based industries.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe Suite, CRM systems, and task management tools (eg. Asana, Monday)

- Strong communication, organization, and time management skills.

- Ability to understand and interpret architectural drawings and specifications.

- Familiarity with tendering processes and construction documentation is an advantage.
