Home Reno Pte Ltd is expanding, and we're looking for motivated, customer-oriented Sales Consultants to join our team. In this role, you'll connect with new homeowners, provide tailored renovation consultations, and oversee projects from start to finish.
This is a commission-based position with consultants earning an average of $5,000-$7,000 per month.
While working hours are flexible, most client meetings take place on weekends, so availability during those times is key. To help you succeed, we'll provide 10-15 qualified sales leads every month.
Key Responsibilities
- Meet and engage with homeowners interested in renovation services
- Conduct consultations and propose design concepts suited to their needs
- Guide clients in selecting materials, finishes, fittings, and colors
- Prepare detailed renovation proposals and quotations
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution
- Provide regular updates, manage expectations, and resolve concerns
- Deliver excellent service before, during, and after project completion
What We're Looking For
- Passion for interior design, home improvement, and client service
- Positive, self-driven, and motivated to achieve sales results
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to work on weekends and adapt to flexible hours
- Prior experience in renovation or sales is an advantage (training provided)
