Responsibilities and Duties
- Working closely with supervisor to achieve company sales targets
- Strong customer service experience in servicing high affluent clientele
- Manage and maintain database in our CRM system
- Preparation of sales related documents (eg. quote and contract)
- Maintains sales documentations
- Promptly follow through with other departments to ensure customer requests are honored
- Follow up with clients pre-sale and after sale
- Maintain professional business relations with all clients
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by superior
Job Requirements:
- Experience in a sales or similar role
- Ability to multi-task and manage workload/time effectively with excellent follow-through, pay attention to quality and details, with a high sense of urgency
- Great interpersonal and communication skills in both English and Mandarin to liaise with clients/colleagues
- Good team player and able to work independently
