Inside Sales Support Executive

Inside Sales:

• Proactively reach out to existing and new customers through phone and email to promote our services and to build consistent rapport and engagement
• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships through consistent follow-up and excellent customer service
• Assist in providing updated product information to clients

Customer Service:

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email in a timely and professional manner.
• Handle and resolve customer complaints or issues efficiently.
• Maintain accurate customer records

More about you

• Minimum Diploma in any field.
• Minimum 1 year of telesales, sales or client support experience would be highly preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
