Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Engagement:Identify and connect with potential and existing clients to understand their needs and present solutions.
  • Sales & Product Expertise:Demonstrate products and services, explain their benefits, and recommend suitable options to meet specific client objectives.
  • Relationship Building:Foster strong, lasting relationships with clients, which includes addressing inquiries and resolving complaints.
  • Lead Generation:Proactively find new business opportunities and maintain a healthy sales pipeline to ensure future growth.
  • Sales Strategy:Work with sales teams to develop strategies, set goals, and implement sales processes to meet targets and quotas.
  • Brand Representation:Act as a brand ambassador, promoting the company's values and ensuring a positive customer experience.
  • Market Awareness:Stay informed about market trends, competitor offerings, and product features to maintain expertise and advise clients effectively.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Communication:Excellent verbal and written communication skills are crucial for interacting with clients and internal teams.
  • Product Knowledge:Deep understanding of the products and services offered is necessary to provide expert advice.
  • Negotiation:Ability to negotiate contracts and close sales effectively while ensuring client satisfaction.

  • Client-Centric Approach:A consultative mindset focused on understanding client needs and building trust before closing a sale.
  • Sales Experience:Proven experience in sales or a related field is often preferred.
