- Present product features and benefits in a compelling manner, tailored to the customers specific needs.
- Drive sales performance by meeting or exceeding individual sales targets.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term satisfaction and loyalty.
- Process customer inquiries, manage leads, and close sales through effective negotiations.
- Provide after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Work closely with marketing teams to stay updated on product offerings and sales strategies.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sales Consultant or in a similar sales role (1-3 years preferred).
- Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport with clients.
- Motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented.
- Experience with CRM software is a plus.
- A proactive and customer-focused attitude.
- Knowledge of the industry or product being sold (training will be provided).
- Ability to work independently as well as within a team.
- Singaporean or have a valid work permit for employment in Singapore.
