Support the Sales Manager in achieving monthly and annual sales targets
Assist in preparing quotations, proposals, contracts, and tenders
Follow up with clients on inquiries, confirmations, amendments, and renewals
Handle assigned corporate and key accounts independently when required
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business
Attend client meetings, site visits, and tastings when necessary

Possess in-depth knowledge of menus, pricing, dietary requirements, and Halal standards
Advise clients on suitable menus based on budget, event type, and guest profile
Coordinate with chefs and operations on custom menus and special requests
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates
Maintain accurate client records, contracts, and sales databases
Ensure compliance with company policies, pricing guidelines, and approval workflows
Assist in identifying new business opportunities and market trends
Support marketing initiatives, promotions, and corporate partnerships
Participate in trade shows, roadshows, and networking events when required
Ensure all sales activities comply with company SOPs and food safety standards
Uphold brand image, professionalism, and service quality at all times
Work closely with operations to ensure smooth execution of confirmed events
