Develop sales strategies / tactics and business plans for senior management approval, and drive the performance of the sales to achieve sales targets
Formulates new account development strategies / tactics to capitalize on potential opportunities Maintain existing customer base and accounts
Engages clients on issues pertaining to tender documents and technical specifications of products and services and synergizes with the various departments and other suppliers / partners on client accounts to manage client relationships and service experience.
Coaches the team members according to their strengths and areas of development to help them achieve performance targets.
Identify and discuss with Management on training and development plans for the department to ensure that they are aligned with organizational plans
Job Requirement
Degree in Engineering or Business
Minimum 3 years of sales experience in related industry (energy, machinery or chemical sectors preferred)
Proficient in both English and Mandarin to handle queries from Mandarin speaking clients.
