Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for vision tech and LED lighting products.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities across commercial, industrial, and project-based segments.

  • Manage and grow relationships with distributors, system integrators, consultants, and key project stakeholders.

  • Prepare proposals, quotations, tenders, and presentations aligned to customer requirements.

  • Conduct product demonstrations and support customers in solution selection.

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to drive sales improvements.

  • Collaborate with technical teams on solution offerings, project requirements, and pricing strategies.

  • Provide accurate weekly and monthly sales forecasts and pipeline updates.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or related fields.

  • 2-5 years of sales experience, preferably in security systems (CCTV, surveillance) or LED lighting solutions.

  • Strong understanding of project sales cycles, including tendering, specifications, and solution selling.

  • Proven track record in achieving sales targets and managing key accounts.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

  • Self-driven, results-oriented, and comfortable working in a dynamic environment.

  • Possession of a valid driving licence is an advantage.
