Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities across commercial, industrial, and project-based segments.
Manage and grow relationships with distributors, system integrators, consultants, and key project stakeholders.
Prepare proposals, quotations, tenders, and presentations aligned to customer requirements.
Conduct product demonstrations and support customers in solution selection.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to drive sales improvements.
Collaborate with technical teams on solution offerings, project requirements, and pricing strategies.
Provide accurate weekly and monthly sales forecasts and pipeline updates.
Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or related fields.
2-5 years of sales experience, preferably in security systems (CCTV, surveillance) or LED lighting solutions.
Strong understanding of project sales cycles, including tendering, specifications, and solution selling.
Proven track record in achieving sales targets and managing key accounts.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Self-driven, results-oriented, and comfortable working in a dynamic environment.
Possession of a valid driving licence is an advantage.
