Sales & Marketing Senior Executive / Assistant Manager (B2B Sales)

Job Summary

The Electronics Division is expanding its business across Semiconductor, Electronics, food, and textile industries in Southeast Asia, Oceania, and South Asia. You will leverage your sales and marketing expertise to drive business growth, develop new opportunities, and lead junior colleagues to achieve long-term strategic goals.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies targeting Semiconductor and Electronics manufacturers to drive revenue growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers and guide account management teams to enhance client satisfaction and retention.
  • Conduct comprehensive market research and 3C (Company, Competitor, Customer) analysis to assess semiconductor market trends in Southeast Asia and collaborate with management to identify new business opportunities.
  • Prepare detailed monthly sales reports including actual sales, forecasts, and budget comparisons for management review.
  • Lead and mentor junior colleagues by providing guidance on sales processes and professional development to contribute to their growth within the company.
  • Proactively network within the industry and take initiative to expand business contacts and partnerships.
  • Manage travel plans and execute sales activities across the Southeast Asia region as required.

Required competencies and certifications

  • Proven experience in sales or application roles within mechanical/electrical components or industrial automation sectors.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive results and self-motivate to pursue new business challenges.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Salesforce to manage sales data and reporting.

Preferred competencies and qualifications

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills applied to close sales and influence stakeholders effectively.
  • Positive team player with a customer-oriented mindset to foster collaborative work environments.
  • Effective sales follow-up skills that consistently lead to order closures.
  • Established relationships with OEMs (Original Equipment Manufacturers), SI (System Integrators), EMS (Electronics Manufacturing Services), and End Users to facilitate business development.
