The Opportunity
3 Embers Culinary Craft Pte Ltd, a leading food and beverage company, is seeking a motivated and experienced Assistant Catering Sales Manager to support and drive the growth of our catering business.
This role plays a key part in executing sales strategies, managing client relationships and supporting the catering sales team to achieve revenue targets while delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in developing and implementing catering sales plans and strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets
- Support the management, coaching and motivation of the catering sales team to ensure high performance and service standards
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate, event and individual catering clients
- Actively prospect and identify new catering opportunities, partnerships and market segments
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay informed of industry trends and customer needs
- Prepare and present sales proposals, quotations and sales order tailored to client requirements
- Provide regular sales forecasts, reports and performance updates to senior management
- Collaborate closely with operations, kitchen and marketing teams to ensure smooth execution of catering events and promotions
- Handle client inquiries, negotiations and follow-ups to maximize conversion and customer satisfaction
Requirements
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in sales or sales management, preferably within catering, food &
beverage or hospitality
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage clients and support a sales
team
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Strong understanding of the food & beverage and catering market
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple accounts and deadlines
