Sales Administrator Asia Pacific (Singapore)

Join Tait Communications and play a key role in enabling high-performing sales teams across Asia Pacific.

We're looking for a highly organized and proactive Sales Support Administrator to join our Singapore office. This role is central to supporting our regional sales operationsensuring our teams are equipped, organized, and focused on delivering results for customers.

You'll be the go-to person for coordination, data, and organizationhelping streamline processes so our salespeople can focus on what they do best: building relationships and winning business.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Administrative Support

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to the APAC sales team
  • Coordinate documents, correspondence, and sales activities
  • Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items
  • Support sales bids, quotes, and customer enquiries
  • Assist with travel coordination and budget tracking

CRM & Reporting

  • Act as the CRM subject matter expert for the sales team
  • Maintain data accuracy, integrity, and best-practice usage
  • Deliver regular sales reports, pipeline insights, and performance updates
  • Provide training and first-line support to CRM users

Travel & Coordination

  • Manage travel bookings, approvals, and budget tracking for the APAC team
  • Coordinate customer visits, meetings, and regional events
  • Support cross-functional collaboration with compliance and product teams

Office & Administrative Support

  • Provide general office and secretarial support to the Singapore team
  • Coordinate meetings, catering, and office logistics
  • Manage office supplies, vendors, and facilities coordination
  • Maintain records, filing systems, and confidential documentation
  • Act as the first point of contact for reception and incoming enquiries
  • Support internal processes such as leave tracking, expenses, and petty cash

About You

You'll be joining a passionate and supportive operations team in our region, and we're looking for someone who can bring:

  • Previous experience in a sales administration, coordination, or support role
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Experience using CRM systems
  • Confident communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset

It would be an advantage if you've worked in the radio or critical communications industry, enjoy learning new systems, or speak another language from the Asia-Pacific region.
