Job Summary
Provides essential operational support to sales teams by processing orders, managing invoices, updating records, and handling customer inquiries.
Responsibilities
- Process sales orders accurately to ensure timely fulfillment and invoicing
- Prepare and issue invoices aligned with sales transactions
- Handle customer inquiries, provide order updates, and coordinate delivery schedules to enhance client satisfaction
- Generate quotations and maintain accurate customer databases and records for operational efficiency
- Coordinate with internal departments and logistics teams to support seamless order fulfillment
- Utilize CRM software or ERP systems to manage sales data and customer information effectively
- Apply proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word & PowerPoint) to support administrative tasks and reporting
- Communicate clearly and professionally in written and verbal forms to address client needs
- Maintain strong attention to detail and manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Minimum Diploma in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field
- 1-2 years of experience in Sales Administration, Tender Management, or Proposal Support
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Knowledge of digital marketing to support online brand presence and campaign strategies (Plus Point)

Compensation Package
- Includes 13th Month bonus (Annual Wage Supplement)
Benefits & Work Arrangement
- Monday to Friday, 9.00am to 6.00pm
- Annual leave starting at 10 days, increasing to 18 days based on years of service
