Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Process sales orders, quotations, and invoices accurately and promptly
  • Coordinate with sales team, customers, and internal departments on order fulfilment
  • Maintain and update customer records and sales databases
  • Track order status and ensure timely delivery of goods/services
  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and administrative documentation
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide administrative support to the sales team
  • Assist in contract preparation and documentation filing
  • Support ad-hoc administrative tasks as required
