We are looking for meticulous Sales Administrator who will assist the Sales Team in the company's daily sales support and e-commerce sales coordination/administrative activities:

Responsibilities
- Work closely with Production Team and Sales Executive on all matters related to production, e.g. stock level and special requirements by customers.
- Issue sales order, work order and invoices as per customer's order and requirement through our in-house ERP System on a daily basis.
- Prepare daily delivery and installation schedule.
- Closely coordinate with Sales Team and Customers to ensure all matters pertaining to order, delivery, collection, product and related matters are timely followed-up and completed.
- Provide assistance to customer over the counter during goods collection, alteration, etc.
- Provide assistance in E-Commerce / online sales activities.
- Other tasks assigned on an ad-hoc basis.
Requirements
- Candidate to possess at least an O Level Cert or ITE Cert in any field
- Required skill(s): MS Office
- English and Chinese languages
- Full-Time position
- 5-day work week
- Willing to learn
