Job Responsibilities:
. Respond to customer sales inquiries promptly, ensuring their needs are met efficiently.
. Handle sample receiving.
. Process sales quotations, orders, delivery orders, billing and other sales-related documents, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
. Manage customer Purchase Orders and customer accounts within the ERP system.
. Proactively monitor pending orders and provide status updates to the Sales Administration Manager.
. Follow up with customers and/or testing departments regarding re-test requests and variation orders.
. Generate and release final test reports to customers.
. Maintain strong customer relationships and deliver exceptional service.
. Assist Sales Administration Manager on generating sales reports and analysis and contribute to streamline the processes.
. Ensure seamless service by supporting colleagues when needed.
. Perform administration tasks and other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
. Minimum a Diploma in Business or relevant field.
. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
. Comfortable working in a dynamic and fast-paced working environment.
. Strong multi-tasking, prioritization, and time management skills.
. Self-motivated, energetic, eager to learn, with the ability to work independently.
. Good Knowledge in ERP system, Google Workspace and Microsoft office e.g. Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point
