Athena Dynamics is looking to hire Sales Admin Assistant to assist the business development team in various tasks related to revenue generation.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for helping with the growth of Athena Dynamics cyber-security businesses in Singapore and the APAC region by assisting the business development team in daily sales operations.
- Assist in creating Sales Orders, Purchase Orders, Delivery Orders in internal accounting system.
- Follow up and track various metrics related to sales and projects.
- Support finance team with information needed for various invoicing matters.
- Tracking project license and maintenance dates and reminding customers in advance when renewals are due.
- Help with maintaining and optimizing sales team's process including, but not limited to, housekeeping contact records in CRM system, knowledge base, document repository, etc.
- Assist in execution of various sales campaigns as required by Business Development team.
- Assist Business Development team with tasks related to customers inquiries such as liaising with suppliers, follow ups, etc, gaining knowledge related to Athena Dynamics offerings along the way.
- Ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
Requirements
- Fresh graduates (Polytechnic or University) from business / marketing disciplines (or graduates from other relevant disciplines are also welcomed).
- Possess open mind-set to learn about new things and have a can-do attitude.
- A well-natured, result-oriented, self-motivating, self-driven and responsible team player.
- Has a keen eye for details, meticulous and strength in optimizing processes to be more efficient.
- Must be sensitive to numbers and comfortable with medium to slightly complex calculations and able to use formula in excel (can be guided).
- Proficient in using office productivity suites (e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc).
- Able to take initiatives and work independently with minimal supervision.
