Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated SaaS Sales Consultant to drive the growth of AlgoCandy's compliance software solutions. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying B2B prospects, conducting product presentations, managing the sales pipeline, and closing new business opportunities in the compliance, RegTech, and professional services sectors.
This role is suitable for candidates who enjoy consultative selling, technology products, and building long-term client relationships in a fast-growing SaaS environment.
Responsibilities
- Identify and approach potential B2B clients, including Corporate Service Providers, financial institutions, accounting firms, and other regulated businesses.
- Generate qualified leads through outbound outreach, networking, referrals, events, and digital channels.
- Conduct client meetings, product demonstrations, and presentations to explain how AlgoCandy helps improve AML/CDD compliance workflows and operational efficiency.
- Understand client needs and propose suitable SaaS solutions based on their business and compliance requirements.
- Manage the full sales cycle, including initial contact, needs analysis, solution pitching, follow-up, negotiation, and deal closure.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships to support customer satisfaction, retention, and upselling opportunities.
- Track leads, opportunities, and sales activities in the CRM system to maintain an accurate and transparent sales pipeline.
- Work closely with the product and management teams to provide market feedback and support sales strategy improvement.
Required Competencies and Qualifications
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Interest in SaaS, AI, compliance, fintech, RegTech, or B2B software solutions.
- Ability to understand client needs and explain software solutions clearly.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable with outbound sales activities.
- Good follow-up discipline and ability to manage multiple leads and opportunities.
- No specific certification is required.
Preferred Competencies and Qualifications
- Prior experience in B2B sales, SaaS sales, software sales, compliance solutions, financial services, corporate services, or professional services.
- Experience selling to Corporate Service Providers, accounting firms, financial institutions, or regulated businesses will be an advantage.
- Familiarity with AML, CDD, KYC, corporate compliance, or client onboarding processes will be an advantage.
- Experience using CRM tools and managing a structured sales pipeline will be an advantage.
Other Information
- Employment Type: Full-time
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:30am to 6:30pm
- Compensation: Basic salary + uncapped commission + performance incentives
- High-performing candidates may earn attractive total compensation based on actual sales performance
