Ship agency operator

Looking for Ship agency operator with below JD.

. Coordinate port calls, vessel berthing, bunkering

. Liaise with port authorities, shipping agents

. Monitor vessel schedules and ensure timely turnaround.

. Support marine crew with documentation and shore requirements.

. Prepare and manage shipping documents including B/L, manifest, port clearance, etc.

. Ensure compliance with international maritime laws, safety regulations (ISM/ISPS), and environmental standards.

. Maintain accurate records and filing of operation and documents.

. Track cargo movement and ensure proper handling, storageand delivery.

. Liaise with shippers, consignees, and logistics providers.

. Act as point of contact between vessel, office, andexternal stakeholders.

. Provide updates to clients and resolve operational issues promptly.
