Job Description
. Perform daily maintenance, troubleshooting, and fault analysis at the RMA center.
. Take ownership of day-to-day RMA center operations, including equipment tracking, testing,
and lifecycle management.
. Diagnose hardware, firmware, and system-level issues on returned CCTV products, and
determine appropriate repair or replacement actions.
. Manage spare parts inventory, ensure proper usage control, and support year-end physical
stocktake to ensure alignment with financial records.
. Conduct functional and performance testing on repaired or replacement units prior to
release.
. Prepare and maintain after-sales technical documentation, including repair analysis reports,
test results, and service procedures.
. Provide technical support and recommendations to internal teams and customers regarding
RMA cases and product issues.
. Identify recurring faults and support continuous improvement initiatives by providing
technical feedback to relevant teams.
Requirements
. Diploma or bachelor's degree in Electronics, IT, or related disciplines.
. 1-3 years experience in RMA, CCTV repair, or after-sales technical support.
. Hands-on troubleshooting experience with CCTV products.
. Ability to perform fault diagnosis and testing independently.
. Proficient in soldering electronic components
. Familiar with spare parts and inventory control.
. Good documentation.
. Fluent in English and Chinese to communicate with Chinese associate.
. Fresh grade are welcome.
